How do I apply for an apartment?

You would need to complete the application form and submit it with a check or bank money order for $25 per person. We then process including running credit, criminal, and sex offender registry reports. This process typically takes less than one business day.

What is included in my monthly rent?

The monthly rent includes water and sewer, trash, and free parking in our private parking lot.

I have a pet. Is there an extra charge for that?

We require a pet deposit and monthly pet rent.

Do you accept any type of pets?

We permit dogs and cats. There are some breed and size restrictions - contact us regarding your pet.

What are the storage facilities for the property?

Every apartment has a private attic with pull down steps, flooring, and lights! This is the perfect spot for items such as holiday decorations, out-of-season clothes, luggage, etc.

Is there a laundry facility?

Yes, we have a laundry room adjacent to the leasing office with a coin-operated washer and dryer. Additionally, many of our apartment homes have stackable washers and dryers, and the two bedroom suites have a laundry room with laundry machine hookups.
